Our Origin Story
Ricochet was founded by Brian Parker, a second-generation entrepreneur who spent eight years scaling Parker Electric, a company started with his father. Through that experience, he saw firsthand how difficult it is for skilled owners to grow while managing day-to-day chaos. Ricochet emerged as a solution—a way to bring structure, strategy, and partnership to businesses ready for more.
Principle
Our name is inspired by the concept from the book You²: repeating the same actions produces only small improvements. True growth requires a ricochet—a bold change in direction and a willingness to experiment. Each rebound creates insight and momentum. We apply that principle to business: pivot fast, learn faster, and scale smarter.
