Use this year's budget to buy back next year's hours.

Book a 30-minute call. We'll find the process that eats the most time, quote it at one fixed price, and build it.

From our own companies and clients, November 2026. Hours are our estimate from the last 30 days.

Where the hours go

These come from the businesses we run. If two or three sound familiar, there is a process worth automating.

How it works

From a 30-minute call to a system running in your business.

  1. Book a 30-minute call

Tell us where the time goes. Bring the process that bothers you most. You don't need to know what the fix is.

  2. We map one process

We look at how the work moves today: who touches it, which tools it passes through, and where it waits.

  3. One fixed price, invoiced this year

You get a written scope and one price. Approve it and we invoice before December 31, so this year's budget pays for it.

  4. We build it and run it with you

We connect the tools you already use. Nothing reaches a customer without your approval until you decide it can.

  5. You own it

Your data stays yours, and when the build is done it belongs to you. If the business changes, we change it with you.

Budget left before December 31

Spend it on something that keeps paying after the year closes.

What we've built

We run these systems every day in an electrical contractor, a remodeler, a design studio and our own software platform.

Questions we get

What does it cost?

It depends on the process. After the call we send a written scope with one fixed price, so you know the number before you commit to anything.

Can we pay for it out of this year's budget?

Yes. Once you approve the scope, we invoice before December 31 and schedule the build with you. The sooner you book the call, the more time there is to scope it properly.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Any business with work that repeats: leads, quotes, scheduling, invoicing, reporting, bookkeeping, approvals. We built these systems for our own companies first, an electrical contractor, a remodeler, a design studio and a software platform, so we know what it takes to run them day to day.

Will it send things to our customers on its own?

Not unless you decide it should. We start with drafts and alerts that a person approves, and we only turn on automatic sending that you have signed off on.

Which tools can you connect?

The ones we work with every day include Jobber, Xero, CallRail, Slack, Gmail, Stripe, Angi, and Google and Meta ads. If your software has an API, we can usually connect it.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Your data stays yours, and when the build is done it belongs to you.

How is this different from Dimple?

Dimple is the platform we built for small businesses: a website, hosting, an owner dashboard and lead tracking at a monthly price. Ricochet builds custom automation for any business. Dimple is one of the things we built, and it is one of our case studies.
