When you fill in the call-back form, we receive your name, business name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number and a description of the process you want to discuss. When you book a call, Google Calendar collects the details its booking page asks for and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the results of our LinkedIn ads. Both use cookies and similar technology to record visits, the pages you view and actions such as sending the call-back form. They do not receive what you type into the form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and of LinkedIn ad tracking in your LinkedIn settings.
We use your details to contact you about your request, hold the call you booked, and send you a scope or quote if you ask for one. If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Text STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that run this site and our scheduling, such as our hosting, database and calendar providers.
We keep your details for as long as we are talking with you or working together, and for a reasonable time after for our records. Ask us to delete them and we will.
