We build the systems our own companies run on, then build the same kind of system for other businesses.
Every system on this site started as a fix for one of our own companies: a lead that went unanswered overnight, a quote written at the kitchen table, a report rebuilt by hand every Monday. When a fix worked there, we kept running it. Now we build the same kind of system for other businesses.
Because we run these systems ourselves, we build them the way an owner needs them. Your data stays yours. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it. Every number shows where it came from. When it's done, it belongs to you.
Brian and Chip build these tools side by side, and either one may lead a build. Carrie is often the first person you'll meet.
Brian is a second-generation business owner. He spent eight years growing Parker Electric, the company he started with his father, and also owns Anchor Point Pro and watchLAB. He has used technology to solve his own companies' problems, from how leads get answered to how jobs get priced, and started Ricochet to do the same for other businesses.
Brian on LinkedInChip runs Evans Design Studio in Atlanta and has designed and built websites and software for more than 20 years, including award-winning course design software for the University of Virginia. With Brian he has built the lead handling and self-serve quoting at Parker Electric, the Angi review at Anchor Point Pro, Lighthouse and the Dimple platform.
Chip on LinkedInCarrie works with business owners as a consultant and coach, and helps develop Crane Builders, the home building company she works on with her husband. She brings a business owner's view to the first conversation: where the time goes and what is worth fixing first.
The name comes from the book You²: doing the same things harder only gets you small changes in the same results. Real progress comes from changing direction, trying something new and learning fast from what comes back.
Bring the process that takes your team the most time. We'll tell you whether it's worth automating.
